4th Annual "Caring for ALL: Animals, humans & our planet" Celebration Day 2012
SUNDAY NOVEMBER 11th in the Diamond Center! 1:30 PM-7 PM
The mission of our annual "Caring for ALL: Animals, humans & our planet" Celebration Day is to promote a cruelty-free lifestyle and improve everyone's ability to care for themselves, for others, as well as for all animals and our planet. While learning, sharing ways to better our world, having fun and dancing to uplifting and empowering music, we are also raising funds to assist our animal and human friends in need. Join us this year and learn how you can adopt a cruelty-free lifestyle! Learn ways to better the life of animals on your path! Live by preserving & helping our planet and its animals. Go vegan!
This event is FREE (except food) to the general public of all ages. Our attendance projection is more than 1000 people, with the event continuing to grow bigger and better every year! The event will be held in the Diamond Center at the Desert Diamond Casino (located at I-19 Pima Mine Rd Exit 80) on Sunday November 11th, from 1:30 PM to 7 PM. Exhibit booths will be held all afternoon by non-profit "animals-of-all-kinds" rescue groups and businesses promoting the care to animals, humans and our planet. Our cruelty-free dinner is priced at ($25) per person. A portion (25%) of excess funding from the event will be distributed to participating non-profit groups who have been certified by the Hayley's Angels Methods.
The anticipated schedule is as follows:
1:30 pm Event opens
1:30-4:30 pm Indoor exhibit booths, Silent auction, Book signing, Bring a picture of your pet for Judy Ferrig, Animal Communicator, $10/10 min reading
3-3:30 pm SPEAKER Joanne Lefebvre, DVM to give an inspiring 30 minute presentation about "Caring for ALL" as well as her book "Animal Teachings from Hayley's Angels Methods".
3:30-4:30 pm Talent Show for ALL: $5 to enter, length 3 minutes max, 2 awards: Best performance and Best effort!
4:30-7:00 pm Dinner (delicious, cruelty-free vegan dinner) and dancing to the uplifting and empowering music of the live rock band D.F.C.
Come meet some very special animal friends! Dr. Lefebvre will be signing books throughout the event. We will be broadcasting on TV and on the internet! Join us to rock the world!
We encourage your friends, family and colleagues to join us! Reserve your dinner table now, ($160 for 8 people= you save $40). Tickets for children under 12 y.o. are half-price. Tickets (printed on material certified by the Forest Stewardship Council for sustainable forestry) are for sale locally at these locations: The Dog House (Green Valley), Vista Feed & Supply (Vail), Antigone Books (Tucson), High Noon Feed Store (Sonoita), Central Pet (Amado/Tucson), San Cayetano Veterinary Hospital (Rio Rico). Get your ticket now! If you would like to donate money to feed dinner to less fortunate people, please let us know!
The non-profit organizations get a FREE exhibit booth to promote their cause in exchange for selling 10 dinner tickets (space limited). They also keep $5 from each additional ticket sold!
If your company shares our mission and you would like to become a sponsor for this event, please contact us before September 1st 2012! Companies certified by the Hayley's Angels Methods get a $50 discount on any event sponsorship opportunities:
- includes your logo on: all promotional flyers, the event t-shirt and other promo items for sale at our Hayley's Angels Foundation online store and at the event. Our sponsor package also includes a verbal announcement recognizing your sponsorship, cruelty-free dinner for 2 people, and an exhibit booth where you can promote/sell your services and products.

SILENT AUCTION DONATION - Hayley's Angels Foundation is depending on your donation of a product basket and/or gift certificates to use as prizes for our silent auction.
